GOOD NEWS: REDUCED ASKING PRICE!

Now that Covid-19 is getting under control and interest is picking up we will carefully start showing the building and collection to serious interested buyers again.

Since we would prefer not to sell the collection and building separately  the asking price for the complete entity has been reduced.

The asking price is now $399,000.— cash, as is, for the complete memorabilia collection on display and the building, which also includes a large furnished NY loft style apartment. A perfect space for living and working in downtown Clarksdale.
